Identical!

The lab report is in: all three girls are identical! From the time they were born we've suspected Hannah and Abigail are because they look so much alike. Initially Neka looked different, but as she's put on weight and started filling out she's looking more and more like her sisters.

We finally got a picture of all of them together. The first one is just Hannah (left) and Abigail. Then we added Neka to the party - she's awake because she hadn't eaten yet. (Sorry about the poor picture quality. They're scans of photos the nurse took for us. I think it's great that the nursery has a camera and printer so they can take photos of the babies!)

Hannah's First Bottle

Hannah started on a bottle today. Once she's well-established with it, they'll be able to take out the feeding tube. Yay!

Sam got the honor of feeding her.
A full, content baby.
Since Sam fed Hannah, I didn't get to hold her this round of feedings. But here I am with Abigail and Neka. (They still need to get a little bit bigger before they get bottles.)

Abigail, Hannah & Neka

Finally! Baby pictures!

The morning before the c-section.
Naomi listening to the babies in my belly one last time.

Sam's hospital wristbands for the girls.
Sam and Naomi holding Abigail June. She was Baby A, born first at 1:36 pm. She weighed 3 lb even.
Next was Hannah Irene, Baby B, also born at 1:36 pm. She weighed 3 lb 15 oz.
Finally Neka Miriam, born at 1:37. She weighed 2 lb 5 oz. All three girls came out healthy and breathing on their own!

Abigail and Hannah. (This is a scan of a digital print one of the nurses gave us. Their skin isn't really that red and blotchy.)I'll try to post more details later, but now I've gotta go feed my babies :)
