Our Little Ham

Naomi loves sitting at Sam's desk with him and playing with his ham radio. She'll push the buttons, turn the dials, and "talk" into the mike. She just needs to learn how to read the exam, and then she'll be all set to get her own amateur radio license :)

(But the little stinker refuses to talk into the mike when I have the camera out.)

Baby Update

We're having a boy!

I had an ultrasound a couple of weeks ago, and besides showing that the baby appears to be developing properly and is healthy, it confirmed our suspicions that kiddo #2 is a boy.

We will be naming him Jacob Lee Swisher. Jacob is Sam's middle name, and his great grandfather was also named Samuel Jacob and went by Jake. Lee is after my dad.

We're very excited to have Jacob joining our family!
